Power app multiple entries created instead of one

Hi,

I am working on a sharepoint list powered by powerapp, whenever I create new entry in sharepoint, multiple entries being created instead of one. Data is also not showing but instead created list of empty entries.

Appreciate your help team.

Do you have a Power Automate flow associated with the SharePoint List?
