Knowledge base graph connector shows status unknown

Hello everyone,
I am currently testing myself in Copilot Studio with my first own Copilot.
I have connected a graph connector as a knowledge source, which runs against an on-premise SQL database.
The connector indexes my data correctly.
However, I only get “Unknown” as the status in Copilot Studio.

When I try to create a generative answer with this data source, I get the following error message: Authentication errors are present in at least one of these sources.
What can I do here to fix the error?

Regards
Dennis

    Hi,

Did you configured the authentication to the Graph Connector while adding the knowledge source?

It could be something related to the connection.

    Hi,
I have now been absent for a week and my status has not changed.
Accordingly, the generative answer is still not working correctly.
Results from the graph connector are displayed in the MS Search.
I have not changed the authentication since then.

Now I've come a few steps further.
The status in the knowledge base remains unknown. Maybe I'm missing rights here or it's because of the display language German.
For anyone who is interested in how to fix the authentication error with a generative answer in connection with a graph connector (for example SQL Server), please follow the instructions below:

It appears that manual authentication of the user is mandatory in order to use data from an external graph data source.

Unfortunately, no results are returned from the source.
Maybe someone here has an idea what else I should change.

I have made the following API authorizations:
    - ExternalItem.Read.All
    - Files.Read.All
    - openid
    - profile
    - Sites.Read.All
    - User.Read
