How to insert ID into different column in Sharepoint list

I'd like to create a flow to insert an ID into different column for all items in a list. The list contains approximately 13,000 data entries, so I want to ensure that the process doesn't time out. Can someone please provide guidance on how to achieve this?

Do you want to copy the item ID and paste it into another custom column?

Thank you very much.
But it worked properly for the first 5,000 out of 13,000 records, but it seems to stop working after that.
Is there a way to make it work for all records?
I have a feeling that the 'do until' action might be helpful, what do you think?
