How to Optimize Power Automate Flow for Large Excel Data (2,000+ Rows)?

Hi Shifus,

I’m seeking advice on how to make this flow faster when handling large datasets (2,000+ rows). It works fine for 100–200 rows, but performance drops with more data. Are there best practices or alternative approaches for optimizing large data retrieval and processing in Power Automate?
If possible, could any shifu provide a step-by-step guide or best practices to optimize Power Automate flows for handling large Excel datasets? I’d appreciate detailed instructions or examples to help improve performance and efficiency.

Flow Description as shown:
This Power Automate flow runs weekly and retrieves quiz data from two Excel tables stored in SharePoint. It checks if each record exists in the quiz response table and adds new records if needed. After processing, it sends a report via email with the latest quiz results attached.

Firstly, you can turn on the Pagination and set it to something under 10,000 that reflets the data set you are collecting
