In a model driven app environment, I would like to allow users to select a file from a Sharepoint library, after which a flow would run.
I could do this by embedding a canvas app, but would like to you an OOB solution if possible.

Simple question, have you checked the new custom-pages? I understand that if you use a ModelDrivenApp you are in Dynamics environment and custom pages are wonderful for this kind of things.
