Pull a View from Dataverse in Power Automate

I want to pull a list of all the accounts that haven't been modified in the last 90 days, and send an email. I can create this view in Dynamics 365, but obviously can't pull that exact view in Power Automate. What is the linking behind this? I don't see a last activity date on the task table to correlate. I was going to pull list of accounts, and look up that field on the task table, but that doesn't work.

Any suggestions?

Hi @mmyers11,

If you want to get more details of your view I would suggest to use the Download FetchXML button. This will download an xml with logic used in that view. This can show you which fields are used in the filter.

Below is an example

<fetch version="1.0" output-format="xml-platform" mapping="logical" no-lock="false" distinct="true"><entity name="account"><attribute name="entityimage_url"/><attribute name="parentaccountid"/><attribute name="name"/><attribute name="address1_city"/><order attribute="name" descending="false"/><attribute name="primarycontactid"/><attribute name="telephone1"/><filter type="and"><condition attribute="createdon" operator="olderthan-x-days" value="90"/></filter><link-entity alias="primaryContactEmailAddress" name="contact" from="contactid" to="primarycontactid" link-type="outer" visible="false"><attribute name="emailaddress1"/></link-entity><attribute name="accountid"/></entity></fetch>

You can reuse that FetchXML in the FetchXML query field

I have a question, how do you access the new fields? I'm trying to loop through it but I cannot see the new columns.

thats very good idea - but how to I get those fields? I cant see any Download fetchXML in my dataverse views
