I have a PAD flow that:

signs into a site
navigates to 3 different pages on the site, and on each page presses a download button to down a PowerPoint file
signs out of the site
opens a PowerPoint “template” file
opens the first downloaded PowerPoint file from the computer's Download file folder
crops an image on the second slide in the file (the first just being a title slide that is ignored)
copies the slide, closes the downloaded file and pastes the slide into the “template” file
iterates steps 5-7 two more times getting the other 2 downloaded PowerPoint files
saves the template file with a new name + the current date into a different folder
closes PowerPoint
Launches Outlook and sends an email with the newly created file attached.

This flow only works occasionally. I will get errors in random places (though many of them seem to be related to getting UI elements). I can run the flow unsuccessfully and then immediately run it again with no changes and it works. I cannot figure out a pattern to this. Does anyone have any suggestions how to make this work dependably?
