I am facing a problem when trying to integrate a Copilot Agent which I created in Copilot Studio into a Canvas Power App.
I can see the Copilot Icon in the app and I am also able to open the Chat. However the Agent is not able to respond to any questions regarding the knoledge source (which is a PDF document):
When you ask a question this white bar appears but no answer is being generated.
Does anyone have experience with this and can help here? :)
Have you validated the agent? I mean does the agent work at all?
Please check:
Does the agent answer from the PDF when tested directly in Copilot Studio test chat (not embedded in the Canvas app)?
Does it respond to generic prompts like “hello”?
Does the agent work with other knowledge resources/other files etc.?
