How to restrict the Normal users to not to create environments with Dataverse

Is it possible to restrict the normal users cannot create environments with Data verse?

    @appdevprodigy 

    Go to Power Platform settings and update only specific admins' Production, Developer, and Trial environment settings.

    @Velegandla  , yes but these settings are applicable only to the Managed Environments.  And does these settings  applicable to Dataverse Teams Environment? , If yes, where can we make these settings? I am new to powerapps , any inputs will be very much helpful

    These settings apply to all types of environments. Not only managed environments.

    Its only specific features that got the managed environments feature icon next to them. 

     

    All settings doesn't have that icon.

     

    Especially, environment assignments settings.
