How to create a file named with today's date and drop yesterday file to another file

Hello everyone, it is my first time use PowerAutomate, and I want to create a file named with today's date,like 20221220 this kind of format,and drop yesterday created file to another file, I named it "expired file”, Thank you

A few questions:

Where is the file content coming from?

Where are the files stored?

You want to name the old file "expired file"? If so, should the previous file with that name be deleted?

OK, Thank you for your attention, Sorry I mistake file with folder, and I correct my discription on the next sentence.
1. I just create a blank folder, because I have lots of PDF file everyday, I don't want to mess these PDF up, so need to creat a daily folder
2.with the increase of daily folder, my desktop messed up, so i want to store the out of date folder in a larger folder, which named with expired folder
Although it is a small thing, I am curious about the performance of PowerAutomate, and I also glad to try and product of MicroSoft, I am good at MS office and VB, but an app like PowerAutomate is strange for me, So I hope anyone can help me give me a real example to show me something, and lastly, Thank your for your help

I seem like know how to deal with it, but there is still a question that PowerAutomate is unable to give me the date of workday

desktop, and I finally know how to describe the location of file and transfer paramount, but I have got the currentdatetime and want to know to get "workdaydatetime"
