Replacing access request popup with custom message

Is there a way to customize the default ‘Request Access’ message box in Power Apps?

I want to change the message that appears when users try to open an app they don’t have access to. Can this prompt be personalized or replaced with a custom message?

    unfortunatly No Microsoft doesn’t let you customize the “Let’s get you permission to use this app” prompt in Power Apps (canvas).
    It’s system-level and hardcoded for security.
