Is it possible to use the Barcode Scanner Control in Power App Mobile Application for Windows tablet (e.g. Surface Go)?

I am losing a lot of real estate if I use Barcode in PowerApps for phone, but if I try in the Powerapp for tablet, barcode scan does not work with DataMatrix type code. Anyone knows why? I need it to work on Surface Pro 9.
I built one for phone right now and opened it on Surface pro 9 tablet...not working still. From my phone though it works perfectly both cases.
We are using Windows tablets on a manufacturing plant floor to scan barcodes. So far, Surface Pro 6 is not working with the PowerApps barcode scanner, but it IS working with a Windows Go 3 tablet. Stil investigating this. Has anyone found updates to what is supported? I think our codes our Code 39, which show as supported by PowerApps for iOS, Android, and Windows systems. Not sure why it would work for the Go but not the Pro.
