Sage 200 Integration with Power Automate

Hello!

I'm looking to build an automated invoicing process. Our accounting system is Sage 200. I wanted to know if there's an integration that will seamlessly allow the flow to work? Ideally I want to stay away from the use of macros!

Kind Regards,

Pritam

    Thanks Hannah and Joe!

I'm gonna start to build the flow over the next few days, and I'll revert back here to let you know how I got on!

Thank so much for your help so far 🙂

    Kind Regards,

    Pritam

Hey Pritam As a note there are some example pre built workflows for requisitions you can access via the sage 200 help, and we have also got a quick guide on setting up the connector here! https://itassolutions.co.uk/sage-200-software/microsoft-power-automate-sage-200/ hope this helps! Hannah

    Hi @Pritzstik.

    Thanks for the question.

Today there is no out of the box connector available in Power Automate for Sage 200, but Sage does provide a custom connector you can import to Power Automate. Here it explains how to do it: Set up Microsoft Power Automate with Sage 200

Once you import that custom connector to Power Automate, you will be able to build a cloud flow with the AI Builder invoice processing action and then call a Sage 200 action.

Keep us posted if you get the custom connector imported successfully as I'm sure other users can learn from your experience building this nice automation.
