Unable to succesfully Execute Copilot

Hello,

I am testing out Copilot Studio to create an agent that queries into a Salesforce database with the user query and pulls cases and articles to formulate its response. I have the agent working well within the test window in Studio and am now trying to create a Flow in Power Automate (via a Trigger made in Copilot Studio). This flow is triggered every time a new case is created in the Salesforce, and the case description text is fed into the input of an Execute Copilot step. The input and output from the Execute step should then be sent to me in an e-mail for debug.

I have it successfully calling into the copilot agent with the correct input text. I can see it in Studio. However I always get the following response:

Additional permissions are required to run this action. To proceed, please select 'Connect', and review any missing connections.

Once you have made these updates, please select 'Retry'. You can also ask me anything else to go to a different topic.

The Connect and Retry buttons don't do anything.

This message can only be see in Copilot Studio when I go into the Activity and view the Transcript. Note that it always shows "In Progress" as the status.

Again, I can put this same prompt into the copilot studio test window directly and it produces the expected response with no permissions issues.

The connection to the database is obviously fine because it was able to get the case description as the input to the Execute step. I also know the connection to Outlook 365 is fine because it is successfully sending e-mails (albiet it  only includes the conversation ID, not the full response from the agent). The only other connection and therefore the issue must reside in the connection to copilot studio, but it says it is fine (green) when I look at it in Power Automate. I don't see any place to check a Power Automate connetion in Copilot Studio.

I am at a loss as to what to do next. Thanks for the help
