Power Automate Desktop help needed

Hi all. Brand new to Power Automate and looking for help with the beginning of a set up. If it all works out (start on part today and eventually finish the whole process in my mind), it'll save 2-4 days of manual work each month! Fingers crossed...

1st: As plain text emails (no attachments) are received from a specific address to a specific group email address/folder, a brand new folder is created within a designated folder (don't know if I will have to set the main folder up on a co. network drive or SharePoint) and the new folder's name contains part of the email's subject and part of emails body text (Ex. 5324135048 FINAL 7221822479 7221834799). In the pic, the first highlighted is the standard format in the email subject. The other two highlights, the quantity of them is not consistent. Sometimes there's only 1, others there could be 6.

2nd: The same email is saved as a PDF in the newly created file folder that was named 5324135048 FINAL 7221822479 7221834799.

3rd: As a HTML with attachments email is received from a specific address (to a specific group email address), the attachment is saved as a PDF within the corresponding network/SharePoint folder. Ex. PDF attachment named 7221822479 saved in folder named 5324135048 FINAL 7221822479 7221834799.

On this first point, first use outlook packages actions and follow the below steps:

    1. Launch outlook

    2. Retrieve email messages from Outlook and also save attachments with some default folder

    3. Read the above action output variable and read each subject line and body

    4. Create variable and assign name of Subject line + email body (use regex to extract the required numbers)

    5. Create folder with above variable name

2nd: The same email is saved as a PDF in the newly created file folder that was named 5324135048 FINAL 7221822479 7221834799.

For the second task, given that you've already established a folder with the necessary name, utilize the "Save Outlook Email Message" action to save it as a .msg file. Then, employ a PowerShell script to convert it to a PDF file and store it in the newly created folder.

Given that you've already stored all attachments in the default folder, simply read each email attachment and transfer it to the new folder using the "Move Files" action.

    Hope this helps!!
