Won't go past 'Getting things ready'

I installed the desktop version last week and it worked fine. Sitting here on Wednesday the week after and all I get is the 'Getting things ready...' screen with no movement at all. No idea what is going wrong or what I can do to troubleshoot. Have uninstalled and reinstalled...

I myself have never saw that kind of message when I launch PAD console.
Have you already tried deleting files from the path below?
%localappdata%\Microsoft\Power Automate Desktop

I found another thread discussed nearly the same issue as yours.
Solved: PAD Designer hanging endlessly - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

As a solution, it says you should try this:

You can delete the file from pad and try again,
Path:"C:\Users\usersystem name\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power Automate Desktop\msalcache.bin3"

Thank you for this. After deleting that file and restarting it's asked me to login again and started working bas expected 🙂
