I have a Solution in Dev environment. Today I have been trying to deploy to Test environment but my changes in the apps are not deploying. I looked at both of my apps and flows, they all have an unmanaged layer from the publisher. I can't remove it since that option is greyed out. I tried to export/import the same thing. One suggestion on the goggle was to set the Block unmanaged customizations to Off in the Power Platform admin center but it is on that setting already. So I really don't know how to get my solution up to test so it will work. At a standstill.....
