The SystemError is usually a backend blip on Microsoft's side, not your agent config. It comes and goes on its own.
To debug, open the Activity map in Copilot Studio after a failed conversation. It shows which step failed. Also check Power Platform admin center for any active service incidents in your region.
If it keeps happening, raise a support ticket with the exact timestamp and session ID so Microsoft can trace it.
The generic "SystemError" message doesn't provide enough detail to identify the root cause, but you can try the following:
Could you confirm whether your agent uses knowledge sources, flows, or custom connectors, and whether you see any additional details in the session logs?
