Copilot Studio Agent with code interpreter activated returns error message when published and run in demo website. What can I do.

The Code Interpreter feature is not available on the Demo Website channel. Please use Microsoft Teams to access full support. Make sure it is enabled in Settings > Generative AI, and that your environment is within a supported region.

Hi @CU15081818-1,

Code interpreter requires user authentication to work. The demo website uses Direct Line with No authentication by default, which is exactly why it fails.

Fix:
1. Go to Copilot Studio > Settings > Security > Authentication
2. Switch from No authentication to Authenticate manually
3. Configure Microsoft Entra ID as the provider
4. Save and republish

The demo website will then work with code interpreter. The issue is not the channel itself, it is the missing authentication.

I configured the Entra ID option, saved and republished but the error persisted.
