Unable to publish (new) CoPilot Agent to (internal) SharePoint site?

Hello! I need assistance in publishing a newly created CoPilot agent into our internal SharePoint site. Below are key items to reference:

1) Agent built in CoPilot Studio

2) Shows Published on CoPilot Studio Agent site

3) I go to Channels in CoPilot Studio Agent Site and shows 'Deployed', however I also show a message that says:

"If you would like to make this agent easily discoverable to all users of the SharePoint site, please work with the site owner to mark it's status as 'Approved'.Learn more"

4) Cannot locate Agent Picker or an Approval area where I need to approve or action.

5) Cannot find Agent Picker anywhere in SP site

* I am Admin and have all rights to CoPilot Studio and SharePoint.

Help! Can't publish and/or can't find my published Agent.

Hi

It looks like everything on the Copilot Studio side is working correctly. You’ve published and deployed the agent. The missing step is in SharePoint, where Copilot places a .agent file in the site’s default library.

Here’s what to do:

Navigate to your SharePoint site's default document library.

Locate the .agent file. That’s your deployed Copilot agent.

Click the .agent file, which should launch the agent in the SharePoint sidebar.

At this point, the agent should be visible in the Agent Picker for users. If you want everyone on the site to see and use it easily, you (as site owner or admin) can mark it as Approved.

Thank you so much for the details. It got us closer to resolving. We found the file directory and the agent is in there as I named it, however, when I select the Agent nothing appears to the right panel. The panel is displayed blank. We are closer, just not there. Your reply has helped us a great deal, so thank you!

We have progress....... In our SharePoint set up, when you right click on the Agent in the previously mentioned directory you will need to select the following: Automate - Flows - Request Sign Off. What this allowed to do was to action an Approval for the Agent. However, once our Agent was approved which was reflected in the directory as 'Approved' we are now unable to see where the Agent was deployed. It is not in the location as we intended.

Closer - Looking for it - Help us find the Agent! :-)

Chiaraalina - Thank you for your continued support and help!
Only method to find the .Agent was that I had to do a search for .Agent on the Sharepoint site. Did not show up in Document Library. Once located I approved and added to the right panel. However, the new Bot Agent now shows in the URL below in red and does not show up on the main Sharepoint page in blue below. How do we insert it on the main (Blue) page? Thanks again for the help!
