Hi @CU29041447-0,

Are you referring to these (also available under + Create)

or something else. I do recall some pre-constructed templates a little while ago, but these seem to have bene replaced with co-pilot driven designs.

As mentioned by @WarrenBelz its been available with limited sets of templates and Some templates have been moved to App Market Place you can also Search there as well.
