Power Apps Portal/Webform/Upload files/Notes(annotation) How do I view the attached files?

Hi

I have created a Power Apps Portal and a website. I created the webform and enabled the Notes(annotation) table permissions to this website. Both are set as anonymous so any user can fill the form out.

I can see the form entries in Dataverse under my table. I can see the file names submitted within the Notes(annotation) table.

However how do I actually open the attached files?

Ideally I want to view all the form entries in 1 area with the attach file/files.

Do I need to create a flow to extract them?

I have the same question (0)

Do you mean you can't see them under the timeline?

    Hi Mira

I will attach a few screen pics so you can see. as I said above, the form is filled out and a file is attached and form is submitted successfully.

My query is how I can I open the submitted files? This is an incident management solution. So the business need to be able to see the submitted forms with the attachments.

In Dataverse this is my table that I created, I can see the entries from the form but no attachments.

    Good Catch table

Notes(annotation) table, I can see the files attached on the form are mentioned in here.

How does a manager view all of this? Do I need to export the information out to be viewed?  Dataverse is new to me, I am used to using SharePoint where entries go to a list and you can just open the entry and view everything.

    thanks

I have gotten further along, so my terminology above is incorrect about the form. I have created a entity form/table form not a web form. I have now displayed it as a list on my website. I have enabled view and edit on permissions. However when I open an entry it is blank, it doesn't display the data.

First of all is this the correct way to display the entity form data?

Second, how do I view an entry which includes the attached file?
