i have to setup interview based on candidates availability and interview panel's availability and i am using sharepoint list as data source so i need to build chatbot for collecting candidates availability and interview panel's availability and to setup meeting as per final confirmation of both

    Use SharePoint lists: To Store the candidate's name, available dates, and times. Another list to store panel members' names, available dates, and times.
     
    The bot will prompt both the candidates and the interview panel to provide their availability. You can create two separate flows for each interaction.
     
    When either the candidate or the interview panel member provides availability, use a flow to store the response in the respective SharePoint List.
     
    Once both the candidate and panel provide their availability, the bot can compare the data in the two SharePoint lists to find common times. Use Power Automate to create a flow that checks for matching available times between both parties.
     
    After finding common availability, send a confirmation to both the candidate and the panel members asking if the proposed time works.
     
    Upon final confirmation, the bot can use Power Automate to Schedule the Meeting: Integrate with Outlook using the Create Event action in Power Automate.

    Queries:
    Candidate is external user so how to prompt them to provide their availability?
    Should we need to use email action inside the flows in the power virtual agents or let me know how to prompt candidates(external user) for providing their input?
