Error message as below while trying to create an option set. Not sure whether I created an option set and then deleted it. I cleared the web cookies by reseting the browser and tried again, still getting the same error as below
An option set with this name already exists
Option set name give is Asset Class.
Is "Asset Class" is reservered or should I need to wait for some time for the servier to clear the cache.

Hi,
I double checked all the option set Name + Display name, there is no other field having the same name.
Tried in Private Web Browser Mode, still the issue is there. Tried in another PC too.

I've made a similar test but not met the same problem like your description.
I firstly add an option set named Asset Class, and then delete it. Secondly, I add the option set named Asset Class again successfully.
Please note that, you not only need to make sure that option set's Displat name is not duplicate, you also need to make sure that Name is not duplicate.
CRM is trying to match off the GUID for that OptionSet field.
