Greeting everyone!

I am new to the Power Automate desktop here. Currently in hand practice in my company, coworkers of mine always copy an outlet code number from Excel and paste it into telegram to search for it and send a new message regarding important information of the company to the outlet. And it estimated about 100k outlets which they need to do manually.

As part of the technology team, I suggested they use Power Automate desktop so that they can help reduce their manual workload. The problem is that I have created a flow for copying and pasting to telegram work already but when new messages suddenly appear in the telegram the flow will not work on the Get UI Window action and I have to redo it to get the latest telegram UI that include the new messages as well. May I know how do I fix this? To add on, my flow currently ends when the bot flow pastes the number into the telegram search to find the outlet. I also need help after this action i want the flow to continue after finding the outlet code it will go back to the Excel file copy the pre-written text of promotion or pictures and send it to that outlet in telegram.

Sounds like you need to Run a subflow on the erroring step to get you back to where you need to be: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/errors

You can always leave the Excel spreadsheet open behind the scenes and write to it as you go along. Or I sometimes write results to a list as I go, and then write the list to the spreadsheet at the very end.
