UI Flow not working with Desktop Recorder Actions

Hi,

 

I am facing an issue. I have a Desktop flow which I am triggering from Cloud Flow. I am using on-premises data gateway. When I add Desktop recorder actions in it, it gives "The gateway did not receive a response within the specified time period" error But if I create flow with Desktop Recorder actions. It works fine. Please help regarding this issue.

    Hi @Anonymous 

     

    Can you check if the On Prem Data Gateway is up and running? And also, if the connection has been appropriately created via the data gateway?
