Installing PowerApps app on Zebra RF Gun (Android 8.1) Fails

Hi,

 

does anyone know if PowerApps-app is compatible/validated with Zebra RF Gun devices?

Problem is: PowerApps is marked as available in the Google Play Store, and while downloading succeeds, the installing always fails.

The device model is a brand new Zebra MC9300 2D, running with OS Android 8.1.0

 

We had this splendid idea to build and use a PowerApp as intermediate stock management solution incl. scanning abilities. But maybe this is just not possible...?

    Also, ensure the users running the app has a valid Power Apps license.

    @perpetuumtom did you manage to install Power Apps on your Zebra MC9300 ? I have the same issue and the solution of @EricRegnier didn't help me. Can someone help me?

    It was simply impossible to install the App on the Zebra... I went back to the Zebra reseller and they updated the gun to Andorid version 10. 

    This solved the issue 🙂

    Indeed, I have this working now, but it was necessary to update the Android version.

    Even after we get  an update what is the process to install the power apps in Zebra TC72 Device
