SalesForce sessions ID issue

Flow error messageFlow error message

I run multiple sessions using the same login credential through the salesforce connector on PowerApps. Which can run concurrently, on multiple devices.

 

However, intermittent i do get this error message where microsoft flow failed to retrieve information on Salesforce and produce this error message.

 

It would then prompt me to fix the connection of my connector which was previously authorised.

 

I have tried using mu

 

Any help regarding the error would be great! 🙂

    Hi @darerend1 ,

    Could you please share a screenshot about your flow's configuration?

    Do you mean that the SalesForce connector works well in PowerApps app but not in MS Flow?

     

    Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned. The screenshot as below:1.JPG

     

    Currently, there are some known limits with SalesForce connector, please check the following article:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/salesforce/#known-issues-and-limitations

     

    In addition, the SalesForce connnector is a Premium connector, if you want to use this connector within PowerApps and MS Flow, please make sure you have owned PowerApps Plan 1 license (new license -- PowerApps Per User or PowerApps Per App plan) at least for your sign in account.

     

    On your side, please consider re-create a new connection to the SalesForce connector with proper credential within your flow, then try your flow again, check if the issue is solved.
