Looking for "If Window" Alternative for Speed within Flow Loop

Hi Team,

Is there any alternative to the action "If window" that is significantly faster? For context, I'm currently testing a PAD Flow with a loop and I'm looking to optimize for speed. There are 3 different pop-ups that appear sporadically (though always in a certain order) while running the flow loop. I've had success using the action "If window" to close these pop-ups and continue the flow. If the "If window" action fails then it moves onto the next step.  Each of these pop-ups needs to be closed prior to the flow continuing. Adding these three actions is causing each loop of the flow to take approximately 57 seconds up from 37 seconds. For context if the same actions are completed manually each flow loop takes approximately 25 seconds. The loop needs to run approximately 100k times so the speed matters. Any thoughts you might have are greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Campbell

    Hi @campbellsmurphy

One idea would be to wrap the on block error around flow and then when any action , make the bot to run another workflow to handle the pop ups if available and then repeat action . I hope via this, you can optimize the code 🙂

I can't share the whole flow but this is the part that's causing me the speed issue. You can ignore 23/24/25 as I have an alternative solution for that action. I like the idea of wrapping the on block error around the flow. Will explore and get back to you.

As an FYI Nived_Nambiar's solution and a couple of minor tweaks got the loop running at 32 seconds a piece which is acceptable. Much appreciated!
