Hello community,
There's a few question marks in my mind for guest users using Power Apps. From what I have seen and tested, you can share Power Apps to external guest users in your tenant and they can access the Power App through a Teams channel for example.
Now, the problem/question is that, can guest users have normal access to the connectors required by the Power App? My Power App uses the following connectors:
In theory, if the guest user has an appropriate license (Microsoft E3 or E5 for example) and a Power Apps per app plan -license, they should be able to use the app and the connectors normally or are there some limitations? Recently I shared a Power App (with the connectors listed above) to a guest user that had E5 with Power Apps plan 2 trial -license and there was an error with the Office365 Users connector for example to fetch information about the current guest user.
Would anyone be able to give some information/solutions to my problem?
Thank you in advance,
Ville
Hi @VilPel ,
You need to add the Guest User is Azure AD. Also you need to share all the connetors/flows/SharePoint List if any to Guest user. Else they will not be able to use it.

There are a few extra wrinkles when working with external users, but it sounds like you have the licencing one figured out. Here are some other things to check:
Expect extra restrictions around the Office365 Groups/Users connectors and you may need to play with the Graph Explorer with various credentials to get an understanding of what specific items may be restricted.
Hope that helps,
