I created a Power Virtual agent bot and integrated it in MS Teams for my organization. Now, I want my bot to store their user id or maybe associate id and fulfil user requests based on that. How can I do that and is it possible to do it in a free license?
Hi @Simran1607, You can use the Office365 connector to pull some of the additional user information you need that is currently not available. For premium connectors you need a paid license. This post has more details on jhow to do this:

If you are integrating to Teams and using Teams Authentication the UserID for the user is available as a Variable in the bot.
