Changes are not reflecting after publishing

Can someone help me? I made some changes on what the BOT will respond to a topic and clicked Publish but the BOT is still responding using the old configuration. It has been almost half a day and the changes are still not reflecting.

Changes are not reflecting after publishing
    Hello,
I am having same issue. Changes are not reflected in Teams and published date is still showing a past date.

Anyone has a fix for this?

I am experiencing the same issue reported by other users, so it seems that Microsoft hasn't fixed yet.
No one of the mentioned workarounds works.

    What can I do?

    Thank you,

Re: Changes are not reflecting after publishing

I am encountering the same issue. I made modifications to my chatbot and published the updated version, but the published bot is still performing as it did before the modifications. Does anyone have any thoughts on why this might be happening?

Re: Changes are not reflecting after publishing

I am also facing a similar issue, one way to solve this is

    1. save your copilot as an unmanaged solution.

    2. export your bot as a managed solution.

    3. import the managed solution again.

Now probably the changes should be reflected. But again this is nowhere mentioned in the documentation.

The documentation only states that the bot changes should be reflected within 30minutes after publishing which is not the case here.

Experiencing the same issue. Republished a number of times. Teams still does not show the published changes from the chatbot while the test interaction shows the changes. I uninstalled and reinstalled it into teams a couple of times. I cleared cache from the browser as that is where I'm using it. I had a colleague try it from their computer/browser. Same result. I tried the recommended "start over" many times. Still no change.

Re: Changes are not reflecting after publishing

    Hello,
I'm experiencing similar issue also. I've performed some updates to my chatbot. I've delivered the updates as part of a managed solution to the upper environment. I've published the bot after solution delivery, even several times to be sure. From my end, I see all the latest changes in the published chatbot. But some end-users see only part of the updates or even not all of them.
It looks like there is a cache issue of some kind but I'm unable to find anything about it

    Any idea?

Re: Changes are not reflecting after publishing

I have made several changes in my PVA bot and published it multiple times. The bot works well for some of the other users but not for me and that's really weird. I also tried to start over but it does not work. It's been a week since I am trying to find a valid solution.

Having the same issue. Not entirely what's happening with the publishing and PVA version control. Hopefully PVA team get on this as this will be a hassle for end users if this is a persistent issue

"start over" - did the trick. But I am confused now as to how the PVA versioning and publishing would work?
