Hi all,
I have Model driven power app and I can't connect MS Dynamics 365 for Outlook. I get an error "there is a problem communicating with the Microsoft dynamics 365 server".
I can't find anywhere is it actually possible to connect to model driven app with Outlook as it was possible on older Dynamics CRM systems (outlook client).

To connect an email to your model driven app, head to Advanced settings > Email Configuration > Mailboxes > New Forward Mailbox. From this window, you can connect to the correct server profile and adjust the settings how you see fit. After configuring your settings, test and enable your mailbox to make sure you can send and/or receive emails from your mailbox.

I assume this is a way if I want to send/receive emails through Power Apps?
I need an option to create an activity or contact from Outlook directly in my Power App.
I did some research and I found out that plugin was called Dynamics 365 Client for Outlook and it's deprecated in March 2020. New add-in is called Dynamics 365 App for Outlook.
Please correct me if I'm wrong about this.
