I’m experiencing an issue when trying to save a topic linked to a flow. The error only occurs when the topic is connected to the flow — if I save the topic without a flow, it works normally.
All environments are configured exactly the same, and I have already tried every troubleshooting step I could think of (including recreating the topic, the flow, and checking permissions), but the problem persists.
It seems the issue is specifically related to the integration between the topic and the flow.
