Why does my data goes to the end of an empty excel table?

My set up is: MS form data goes into my Excel doc via Power Automate/Auto cloud flow, BUT  the data goes to the end of the Excel table.  This leaves the 500 rows above the data empty.  

 

What am I missing so that the data starts at row 2 then a new row each time a form is complete?

    Hi @SharlW 

    This is probably because there is empty content between the first row of data and row 500.

    What I'd suggest is that you open your spreadsheet, select all the rows between row 3 and beyond 500, and use the right-click Delete menu item. If you save the Excel file, the next row should hopefully insert at the top.
