Last few days we've been seeing a lot of questions failing to get an answer with the reason being "Filtered by OpenAI"
Before that we rarely received this reason.
These are normal questions that should be answered.
Anyway we can investigate and understand why the answers are being filtered by OpenAI?
Hi,
Thanks for that, unfortunately using Azure OpenAI is not an option for me.
After a bit of trial an error I was able to pin down the cause of the issue.
The problem was due to part of the custom prompt that we were passing to the generative answers node.
Our custom prompt contained formatting guidelines, once I removed them from the prompt the issue was resolved.
Kind of concerning that it breaks without any change on our side.
Good morning,
I hope you are doing well. This happened to me to. In order to avoid the empty answers, I simply discarded the generative AI node and did an HTTP call to the Azure OpenAI API. Not much of a solution but if you need reliable answers quick, it can help.
