UI Element - Change Associated Window

Is it possible to move / reassign a UI element to a specific window?

 

For example - in the attached screenshot, I captured all my UI elements and gave the window a generic name. I then needed to add a new UI element and it created a grouping - assigned to a new window. Both windows should be the same, so ideally, I'd like to drag / reallocate the new UI element (at the bottom) to the existing window group. Is there a way to do this?
