Business process flow in model-driven app

Hi,

I am creating a model-driven app whereby I want to guide the user through a series of 'screens' as part of a business process flow.

I have the stages mapped out in the BPF, but what I want is for the user to complete stage 1's fields, and then when they move to the next stage, to be brought through with a different form of fields which are relevant to that stage only.

Do I need to create more Main forms within the Business Process flow, or other forms within the Dataverse table?

Thanks, so I need a Dataverse table for each stage, and a Main form on each one for the stage to use?
