I'm new to the powerapps applications, and I've been editing an application, but when you open it on your cell phone or another computer as an application, you do not see anything. What I could be missing, downloaded PowerAppr Deputy

HAve you published your PowerApp ?
On the PowerApp screen File -> Publish.
check by going to web.powerapps.com selecting My Apps and against the app you have created is there an entry called "Live" next to it ?
