This indicates the email message was not found. Are you sure the Id you use is correct and valid?

How do you get the emails when you run it from the cloud?

I am writing to inform you about an issue I am facing with a process I have created. The process is designed to be triggered by the arrival of a new email. Upon activation, the process downloads any attachments from the triggering email. However, if there is no attachment available, the process is supposed to export the email itself as a .msg file and save it into a specific folder. This flow works ideally under normal circumstances. However, I am encountering a problem when this process is triggered from the cloud. The export mail activity does not seem to function as expected. I am currently investigating the issue and exploring possible solutions. I will keep you updated on any progress or changes. In the meantime, if you have any suggestions or insights that might assist in resolving this issue, they would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Do you retrieve the email in the desktop flow, or in the cloud flow? Can you share a screenshot of your flow?

I am experiencing the identical problem.  I retrieve the emails using "Get emails (V3)".  Then I loop through CurrentEmail in RetrievedEmails, and execute "Export email (V2)" using "CurrentEmail.id" to save the email.  As with you, it works fine when I run it manually on the machine, only fails Unattended, with:  Cloud connector call failed with status code 'NotFound'.  I tried creating a new connector but it doesn't help.  I would really appreciate some help with this, it is crashing every time unattended so I have to run it manually.

I have also experienced same problem. could you find solution for it?

It seems to have fixed itself with latest versions.  Seems it was just a bug in the initial Outlook cloud implementation.  It was a pain, glad it's working now.  I didn't do anything different, just tried again after installing update.
