    Hi,

That's more of a page issue updating, sometimes it does that but the flow does actually finish.  Exit to the home page of the flow, then click on the output of that run - it will typically get updated with the current status.  If the flow has actually completed, successfully or unsuccessfully, in the refreshed view of the run, it will show those actions in the apply to each 4 as processed.  Did your item get created?

Thanks Tom. This is actually what it looks like after coming back into it the next day and it still has the items processing. The item has not been created in the sharepoint list.

Understood.  Check and make sure the account creating the item has permissions (if it is not yours) and do another test.  I also break this down into indvidual actions, remove the add attachment and just see if the item gets created.

It is also possible that the schema for the create item action is corrupt.  Delete the action and re-add.  Sometimes that will resolve (as an example, you changed a column type, added a column after it was created, or made a requirement, and/or added a calculate column.

I ended up just rebuilding the the whole flow and it worked fine the second time round. I did try removing an reading steps individually but it just wasn't having it.
