I recently starting encountering issues after creating our Copilot Studio agent. The agent worked correctly for about 1.5 months, but for the past couple of days we started to experience the following issue:
When you send a message to the agent, they see the “typing” indicator, but after about 20 seconds it stops and no reply is sent. The end user then either has to send another message (which often does get a response) or wait around 5 minutes until the inactivity topic is triggered, which resets the chat automatically. It happens randomly with no real pattern as to when it will choose not to respond. This happens both in Copilot Studio when testing and in the Copilot app
