I'm having the following roles and also the owner of the Copilot Studio Agent but I'm still not able to view any User feedback comments or questions in the Analytics.

We can only see the reactions i.e. Thumbs up/down but no comments or actual questions asked by the users.
The following Microsoft Learn Article mentions the 'Bot Transcript Viewer' role while sharing the model to be able to see the feedback comments and user questions.

But I can only see the 'Agent Transcript Viewer' role there, would be really helpful if someone can help what are we missing

Go to Power Platform Admin Center
Select the Environment
Navigate to Settings → Users + permissions → Users
Select the user
Click Manage security roles
Assign Bot Transcript Viewer
Save

If this does not help, the easiest next step is to ask a System Administrator to check whether
