Flow to create a task from email sometimes creates multiple tasks, seems random ....?

Hello!

I can't figure out why (seemingly random) multiple tasks are created. Here's my flow and a few examples.

    Hello @Anonymous , @ChristianAbata

Here's the order the tasks were created when I flagged these emails. What specifically do you want to see in the email examples?

A question about this post if I may? You say "the fourth email had 1 attachment but created 2 tasks both with attachments" ?

I follow (I think) the other 3 flagged emails in this post, but for this fourth email and the 2 tasks it seems to have generated, the tasks have totally different descriptions! ("Watch the finale...." / "Your appointment...") that in itself seems illogical, so perhaps that finding out what it happening there will point you in the right direction.

I have to say that trying to follow your problem is very difficult with the data you're providing. It would be useful to see examples of (suitably censored) emails that generated triggers against the results they produced...

    best of luck!

Why does my flow kick off multiple actions simultaneously?

    Hello,

Based on the flow in the screen shots below, I can't figure out why sometimes it kicks off multiple instances simultaneously. I've had times when it's kicked off more than 2 instances which results in multiple actions, in this case duplicate task creation.

Here are some more examples. I flagged 4 emails, the first 2 emails created one task perfectly. The third email created 2 tasks? The fourth email had 1 attachment but created 2 tasks both with attachments? @Paulie78 @AlanPs1

Also the tasks in the screenshots to the left don't have any attachments but why were some created multiple times?

I'm not sure I'm following you. One of the screenshots shows that it has 2 attachments but only 1 task was created, another screenshot has 3 attachments but it only created 2 tasks.

hi @trishmalloy  this could be because you are getting more than one attachment, see you have apply to each 3 that search for attchments so if you givw one you are goint to udpdate your task once, but if you receive 2 thats the reason your flos could update 2 tasks
