Can someone guide me on how to export barcode image from sharepoint to word/pdf.

Hi @Hakim_Hamdan,
You could retrieve the file content, use the dataUri to create an html page of it and convert it to a pdf using the convert file using patch action.
John Liu has written a great blogpost about this, which although is a while ago should still work:
