    Thank you for your interest in Power Virtual Agents. Unfortunately, handoff from Facebook isn't supported at this time.

    We do however publish guidance on enabling seamless and contextual handoff to any engagement hub. With some development effort, you should be able to build a custom adapter that can seamlessly and contextually hand off escalated sessions to human agents on Facebook.

    @Anonymous- Bot Framework Direct Line channel is an easy way to integrate your bot into your mobile app, webpage, or other application. DirectLine enables developers to programmatically access their bot through published APIs. You can embed you bots functionality into any application using available JavaScript and C# client-side SDK.

    Here's published guidance to get your Power Virtual Agent bot's DirectLine token,
