Pipelines: The connections could not be loaded. Please try again later.

Hello everyone,

since a couple of days, the pipelines we were already using cannot be started as an issue in the "Connections" stage with the following error message appears:
"The connections could not be loaded. Please try again later."

The users should have the necessary permissions, as it was working a few days before.

Did anyone experience that error and knows how to solve it?

Best regards

Marcel

Can you please be a bit more specific for us? By Pipelines, do you mean Solution Pipelines for ALM? Or are you talking about something else?

Yes - indeed I am talking about the Solution Pipelines.

Nevertheless, I was able to resolve this issue beforehand. This error message is caused by a missing Custom Connector on the target environment. By importing the CC first, the connection can then be set.

Nothing new, but the error message is quite missleading - a proper error handling would help in this case.

    Therefore, this can be closed.

I have had exactly the same issue but loading the custom connector in the target environment does not resolve this for me, I am still getting the error. I will log as a new post.

    Hi

To be fair, I don't think the error is unclear at all. It says go look at the connections there is an issue.

I would agree however, it would be nice :-) if it could say, its missing lol. The problem is, that if there is a dependency on that, an error can occur before the spot where they would be able to tell you.

So its not always as cut in dry as to them being more specific with error messages, but I understand the desire for it to be better :-)
