Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am developing a Holiday Reminder Email system that will send notifications three days before each holiday to clients with active support. Could you please provide me with the recommended architecture for the application's flow to implement this functionality?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

The answered provided in these forums for the most part are answered by other Power Platform users and not by Microsoft. If you want to get support from Microsoft, you will need to open a ticket directly with them: Microsoft 365 admin center

If you intended the question for this audience, where is your information stored that lists your active clients and their contact information? And where are you getting the list of holidays? Otherwise, I would suggest creating two SharePoint lists. One will list the holidays; the other list will contain your active customers and their contact information.

Then just create a scheduled flow that runs every day to get any holidays in the holiday SharePoint list where the holiday date is equal to the current date plus three days. If a match is found, then query your customer list and use an Apply to each action to send the notification.
