Can't make files and folders from OneDrive or SharePoint Online ready in the Agent Knowledge Base

I am unable to make files and folders from OneDrive or SharePoint Online ready in the Agent Knowledge Base; they remain "in Progress" and never reach the "Ready" state.

However, when I upload files from my local disk, they work as expected and move to "Ready".

First check: how long has it been “In Progress”?
Before assuming a platform issue, it’s important to confirm how long the SharePoint / OneDrive knowledge source has been in the “In Progress” state:

If it has been a few minutes or a few hours, this can still be normal background indexing.
If it has been more than 24 hours and the status never changes to “Ready”, then this is not expected behavior.

If it has been “In Progress” for more than a day
In that case, the most likely cause is environment provisioning issues.
Some Power Platform environments are not fully or correctly provisioned for SharePoint / OneDrive knowledge indexing. When this happens:

SharePoint- or OneDrive-based knowledge sources stay Processing / In Progress indefinitely
Files uploaded from local disk work correctly and reach “Ready”
Permissions, file formats, and sizes are usually not the problem

Microsoft Support has confirmed in multiple cases that re‑provisioning the affected environment resolves the issue. After reprovisioning, SharePoint / OneDrive knowledge sources start processing normally and move to “Ready”.

Additional question is how to do "re-provisioning" to resolve the issue?

@AP-26031104-0, No, Like I asked before, I need to know how to do "re-provisioning". Could you please guide how to make this happen? this is blocking us to use some agents actively.

I noticed that the files I previously uploaded to OneDrive or SharePoint were in a "Ready" state, but when I tried uploading more files to OneDrive today, they ended up with an "Error" status. It seems to be quite unstable.
