Microsoft Forms Response to Sharepoint List Lookup Columns

I am building a flow to enter form responses into a SharePoint List. One of the columns is a lookup column to another list. I need the response for one of the questions to match one of the items in the lookup column. Is there a way to do this? In the flow, the create item, the column label has Id behind it and is displayed as a drop-down.
